THE STORY
So I built one. After a decade in the tourism world I kept hitting the same walls: manual scheduling, payroll headaches, and no software shaped around how a tour day actually runs. Nobody was solving it, so I thought — why not build it?
I poured what I had learned into GuideKeep. After years of tinkering there is finally a system other operators can run on: leaner weeks, lower costs, and time back for the part of the job they liked in the first place.

We know the margins in tourism. Pricing is transparent and scales with volume, so as you grow your software costs don't eat your profit.

Ten years in the trenches of real touring taught me that operations aren't only logistics — they're human connection. Early starts, last-minute changes and the constant juggle of guides and guests are part of the job.
